Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd (Shenning Group in abbreviation) is Shenhua Group’s share-holding subsidiary, and a competitive backbone enterprise of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. In Dec. 2002, the Party Committee and government of Ningxia restructured the coal industry groups of Genyuan, Taixi, Lingzhou，and the original Ningxia Coal Industry Group into a new Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd.
